Community Action of Napa Valley (CANV) is a vital nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for low-income residents in Napa County. Their mission is to foster self-sufficiency and strengthen the community by providing essential services that address food insecurity, childcare, and senior support. The Napa Food Pantry, a cornerstone of CANV’s efforts, serves as a crucial resource for individuals and families in need.

To enhance the reach and effectiveness of its services, CANV collaborated with Elevate to design, install, and manage two digital signs within the Napa Food Pantry—one in English and another in Spanish. These signs play an important role in ensuring that all community members can access vital information regardless of their preferred language.

The digital signs provide timely updates on available services such as food distribution schedules, emergency assistance programs, and wellness initiatives. They also display important announcements, health and safety guidelines, and ways to connect with CANV for further help and support. By integrating this modern communication tool, Elevate has helped CANV reach a broader audience, improve information dissemination, and strengthen the organization’s ability to engage with the community effectively.
